About this role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler / Electrical Detailer to support commercial electrical construction projects through 3D modeling, detailing, coordination, constructability reviews, and field installation planning. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing electrical BIM models for commercial construction and advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks . This role works closely with project management, estimating, engineering, BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and field teams to produce accurate, coordinated, installation-ready models and drawings. The successful candidate will be skilled at identifying coordination conflicts, resolving constructability challenges, and translating design intent into practical solutions that improve field installation efficiency.…
