About the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) WIL is seeking partners who train or employ professionals serving private wells and onsite or septic systems, expanding the decentralized water workforce that protects public health in communities not on centralized systems. This is a collaboration track. Full-time employment or a project-based contract may be used when a joint award calls for it.
