About this role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator with expertise in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and commercial interior construction. This role is responsible for managing the estimating process from initial bid invitations through proposal submission and project handoff. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial interior construction and can independently handle quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, subcontractor and vendor pricing, bid comparisons, cost analysis, and proposal preparation. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.…
