About AlphaGov AlphaGov is the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC. We help organizations address workforce challenges through executive search, recruiting, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence. We are building our sourcing and research network for upcoming search engagements. AlphaGov is currently pursuing six government executive and senior leadership search contracts. Government experience is preferred, but not required. Full-cycle recruiting experience is not required. The Opportunity Help our search team find and engage qualified leaders.
