About AlphaHire Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) The AlphaHire Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is an applied research initiative studying how workforce conditions influence delivery of mission-critical investments and public programs. WIL builds methodology-transparent workforce intelligence and university partnership capacity for STEM education and workforce sponsored research — connecting institutional hosts with WIL research and delivery teams on grant packages.
