Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue laboratory test reports accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare invoices and perform billing-related administrative tasks. Register incoming samples and maintain accurate records in the laboratory management system. Coordinate sample collection, submission, and logistics arrangements. Receive and process incoming samples, parcels, and deliveries. Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
