Role: We are looking for three Operational Excellence Coordinators to join our teams in Coventry and Hawarden. This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive continuous improvement across our operations by translating group strategy into practical, day-to-day improvements at site level. In this role, you will work closely with site leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes and support the implementation of automation and digital tools.
