Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, and microbiological testing equipment. Review analytical data and ensure compliance with approved methods and regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and traceability of test results. FSSAI & Regulatory Compliance Act as FSSAI Authorized Analyst as per regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Standards Act, Rules, and Regulations.…
