About this role
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Composite Laminator at Alteon, you'll be building aircraft structures that have never existed before — parts that are lighter, stronger, and more precise than what conventional manufacturing can achieve.
This is a hands-on role. You'll own the quality of every part that comes off the layup table, and with every build, you'll be expected to make the next one faster, cleaner, and more repeatable. We're turning a craft process into one that scales — and you'll be central to that.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
- Take pride in a clean layup — misaligned plies and dry spots bother you even when no one's watching.
- Obsess over eliminating variation. If two parts come out different, you want to know why and fix it.…
