At PeopleSense by Altius, we support our customers and their people at some of the most challenging moments in their lives including after workplace trauma, critical incidents, and unexpected events. We are expanding our Onsite support and Critical Incident Response (CIR) capability and are looking for a Registered Psychologist who is calm under pressure, values meaningful work, and wants to develop expertise in trauma-informed intervention. Additionally, we’re seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with regular travel, including overnight stays, flights, and work across regional locations. This is not a standard therapy role. This is about being there when it counts.…
