About this role

Votre mission Dans le cadre d’un renfort temporaire de l’équipe et de notre plan de transformation en cours, Amarenco recherche un Chef de projet RH (H/F) en CDD pour une durée de 6 mois. Rattaché au département Human Ecology* (HE) , vous piloterez et contribuerez à plusieurs projets transverses HE (mapping des compétences, smartwork, etc.), en lien avec la stratégie de l’entreprise. Vous serez amené(e) à contribuer e n tant qu'acteur clé au plan de transformation de l'entreprise, assurer le suivi de projets déjà engagés, tout en lançant et structurant de nouvelles initiatives. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des transformations internes, avec une attention constante portée aux enjeux humains, organisationnels et opérationnels.…
