About this role

AMAX is seeking a customer-facing Field Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering groups for OEM server and rack infrastructure solutions.This role combines technical engineering support, solution coordination, and customer engagement across the full project lifecycle — from requirement discussions and system architecture reviews to deployment support and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly communicative, customer-oriented, and capable of coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines while supporting sales activities and customer relationships.
