Analyze existing systems, business processes, and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. Understand the structure, policies, and procedures of AMAX to recommend scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. Participate in user requirement sessions to identify process improvement opportunities and technical solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, including future-state (“to-be”) process flows. Collaborate with onsite and overseas development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
