Rack integration Install rack rails and mount servers into rack solutions according to specifications. Verify status indicators and operational readiness of servers, switches, routers, modems, and other network devices. Inspect and verify power connections for servers and network equipment. Install and verify network cables, cable connections, and associated hardware. Apply cable labels and organize cabling according to company standards and CCD requirements. Identify and understand the basic functions of server, storage, network, and rack components.
