About this role
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Change & Release Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. In this role you will stand up the Change & Release Management function to govern and manage changes during the migration phase into R&O steady state. You will govern and manage all change and release activities across the AWS-hosted HMRC DCE estate during the Run & Operate phase, ensuring controlled service transitions, minimal disruption to live environments, and alignment with HMRC’s ITIL-based change governance framework.…
