About this role

The EU Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) Manager owns the delivery of AMZL design improvement initiatives within Amazon's Global Building Design and Engineering (GBDE) team. The role leads the Design Change Request and Design Change Implementation (DCR-DCI) pipeline end-to-end, manages cross-functional workstreams, and drives improvements from idea to adopted standard with rigor and pace. Working across regional and global frameworks, the role supports cross-regional programs to ensure EU standards are globally informed and transferable. The ideal candidate combines technical grounding in the built environment with strong program management skills, benchmarks EU performance against Amazon's fastest-moving regions, and operates effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.…
