About this role

Want to shape how thousands of data center employees learn and grow? As a Learning Experience Designer on the AWS Data Center Learning team, you will own the instructional design strategy for your portfolio and manage the end-to-end delivery of training solutions that support Amazon's global data center workforce. From Day 1 onboarding through career development, you will balance deep instructional design craft with the program management rigor needed to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent projects on time and within scope. You will use data to drive decisions at every stage, from identifying learner needs through measuring impact. This is a full-time (five day) office position.…
