About this role

AWS Technical Content Experience (TCX) is looking for a manager to lead our Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Reviews and Audits team within the Content Excellence organization. In this role, you will lead a recently-formed team of technical content practitioners to establish a quality operation: reviewing hundreds to thousands of contributions per week, fixing what falls short, and surfacing patterns that help our content systems get better over time. The right person for this role has strong editorial and operational instincts in equal measure. You know what great content looks like, and you notice quickly when something is off. You can see patterns across a high volume of reviews and know how to package that signal into feedback that drives improvement in upstream systems and processes.…
