My HR Live Support (MHLS) is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to own the data pipelines and integration that support our analytics team. You will build and maintain the data layer that brings together contact center, workforce management, and case management data into clean, well-modeled, reliable datasets that our analysts build on. As the BIE on the MHLS team, you will design, build, and own the data pipelines and integration layer that bring together contact handling, workforce management, and case management systems into a single, reliable source of truth.
