About this role

Amazon's last mile delivery network is growing, and we need a Program Manager III to help shape what comes next. In this role, you will manage the third-party and external Delivery Service Partner (eDSP) carriers, driving expansion into new geographies and service types. You will own carrier performance end to end from delivery speed and cost per package to capacity reliability directly affecting how quickly customers receive their orders. This is an individual-contributor role where you will use data to make decisions, write clear narratives for senior leaders, and work with Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Middle Mile, and Fulfillment Center teams to get results.…
