About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented,and technically skilled engineer for our robot products. This role is primarily responsible for software flashing, functional self-testing, problem diagnosis, documentation, and rework of non-conforming units. Meanwhile, you’re also needed for our Shanghai office’s inventory and tools management. What you’ll be doing Robot Setup & Flashing: Perform flashing, burning, and installation of OS, firmware, and software on end-of-line devices in strict adherence to Work Instructions (WI). Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify software failures, hardware alerts, and anomalies. Utilize log tools and serial terminal debug tools to perform root-cause analysis, log fault details, and submit problem reports.…
