About this role

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to shape how our actuators, motors and gearboxes are built at scale. You will work with design engineering from early concept to make products easier to build, test and automate. You will own the manufacturing concept for new products: process flow, factory layout, line balancing and the automation strategy. Detailed line and equipment design is handled by a separate team. You will hand them a defined, validated concept. Key job responsibilities - Lead DFM, DFA and design-for-test reviews for actuators, motors and gearboxes, starting at the concept stage. Turn findings into specific design change requests and drive them to closure with design engineering.…
