About this role

Are you a technical builder who is passionate about applied artificial intelligence and creating exceptional customer experiences? The Applied AI Solutions Architecture team within Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing, and we are looking for a curious, collaborative Solutions Architect to help our partners in Latin America design and launch AI-powered customer experience solutions, including those built on Amazon Connect. In this role, you will combine deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and contact center technologies with strong business acumen to architect solutions that solve real customer problems.
