About this role

NA Capacity Planning is looking for a highly proficient and motivated Senior Program Manager to be part of the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) team driving 200+ inputs collection across 30+ BRSs while working across 8+ cross-functional teams, program manage the team's Kingpin goal management process, and the Capacity team's operational plans (OP1/OP2) document development process. The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing list and driving strategic reviews such as OP1, OP2, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with senior leaders.
