About this role

Amazon's Technology Supply Chain is scaling, and the hardest part of that growth is getting an entire organization to change how it works. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the change management discipline across Technology Supply Chain and make new ways of working the way the organization operates by default. You will design adoption approaches grounded in established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step, build the communications that move behavior, and decide what to do when adoption stalls. You are comfortable in ambiguity and able to influence leaders and teams you do not manage. Success in this role is adoption: the standards you introduce become how teams actually operate.…
