Site Learning Manager, AU Operations Learning

About the Role We're looking for a Learning Area Manager to join the PER4 site leadership team on a 12-month secondment. This role leads the Training and Learning & Development function across day and night shift at our Mixed Fulfilment Centre in Jandakot, Perth. You'll own the end-to-end learning agenda for the site, leading a team of Training Coordinators and partnering closely with Operations, Safety, and support functions to drive performance through great training. You'll report directly to the Site Leader and play an active role on the site leadership team. This is a hands-on role.
