About this role

Are you customer-obsessed, data oriented, and confident in proposing opportunities to improve our customers’ experience across different Amazon businesses? Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is looking for a scale-focused and customer-obsessed Software Development Engineer. As an SDE, you will be part of a team that adds new capabilities to our customers through core engineering and AI/ML methodologies. The solutions heavily leverage technology to challenge conventional wisdom with hard data. Our SDEs solve complex problems and get to see the impact of their work first-hand. In this role you will have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and explore ideas to simulate and quantify any aspect of the customer experience.…
