The GREF Workplace Support Technology team, part of Finance Automation, develops services, products, and tools to enable Amazon's corporate real estate team to build and operate the company's global facilities in more than 60 countries, which is the largest corporate real estate footprint in the world. We builds the software that keeps Amazon's global workplaces running — from the helpdesk chat and ticketing systems employees use to report issues, to the automation that routes and resolves millions of facilities work orders behind the scenes. As an SDE II, you'll own services end to end across our Amazon Connect, AI-assisted triage, and work-order integration stack, shipping features that thousands of employees and facilities agents depend on every day.…
