About this role

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for a Speed programs manager to own end-to-end capacity planning for High Volume Events (HVE) across the EU5 Same Day network. This role sits within the Speed Programs team and is responsible for ensuring our stations are resourced, planned, and ready to deliver on our customer promise during the most demanding periods of the year — Prime Day, Peak (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and other high-volume events. You will work backwards from demand forecasts to build station-level capacity plans, identify gaps before they become misses, and drive cross-functional alignment with Last Mile, Middle Mile, Operations, and partner teams to close them.…
