The Sr Manager - Profitability UDE leader is responsible for setting the strategy and direction of the profitability UDE programs and the role aims to deliver ~$1B combined free-cash-flow (FCF) and cost-out impact (COI) annually. Amazon’s CtS has increased by 26% since 2019 with an overall global defect entitlement of $30B, out of which the role is expected to identify, and resolve for defects ($3.2B COI entitlement over next three years) which directly impact all vendors across MPs (including T2/T3). In 2027, the role holder will primarily focus on defects eroding vendor profit margin in Amazon P&L through four primary (not limited to) charters, a) Vendor Agreements , b) Product Cost & Pricing, c) Vendor Returns; and d) Bad Actor or Vendor Abuse.…
