About this role

Amazon Web Services is establishing a hardware engineering office in Portland, Oregon to accelerate server hardware development, manufacturing, and operations. The Portland site will become a center of excellence for electrical hardware engineering within AWS for board development, server power, system performance, silicon quality, and manufacturing. This is a greenfield site leadership role. The site leader will be the first hire and the single most important investment in the success of this office. You will not simply manage a team.
