About this role

Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation (RDPI) Global Engineering is looking for a System Development Engineer (SysDE) to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. Our mission is to eliminate operational complexity at the source, ensuring every RDPI automation solution is designed for deployability, reliability, and maintainability from Day One. As a SysDE III on the NPI team, you will embed with Hardware Development programs from the Alpha phase to influence controls and system architecture *before* solutions are built. Rather than fixing deployment and reliability problems in the field, you will design them out, shaping the automation, firmware, and integration decisions that determine how easily a solution scales across our global network.…
