Für unseren Standort in Bad Hersfeld suchen wir ab sofort einen: Technischen Leiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d)) Der Schwerpunkt dieser Rolle liegt in der technischen Standortleitung und der Verantwortung aller Engineering-Aufgaben innerhalb eines Gebäudes. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Führung des technischen Teams inklusive dem Aufbau einer Sicherheitskultur auf höchstem Niveau. Sie gewährleisten eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit für den Standort und arbeiten eng mit dem europäischen Engineering Team zusammen, um zukünftiges Wachstum zu fördern. Zusätzlich treiben Sie die Umsetzung von netzwerkübergreifenden Verbesserungsinitiativen und die Implementierung neuer Standards an Ihrem Standort.…
