ABOUT THE ROLE NWSL Atlanta is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the organization’s accounting function and oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including annual budgeting, variance analysis, and special projects. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class finance organization, establishing scalable processes, and hiring a high-performing team ahead of the club’s 2028 launch. This position will also serve as the primary Finance liaison to the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant league reporting.…
