IT O&L System Lead | Pharma (100% remote from Spain or Portugal)

We are looking for an IT O&L System Lead to ensure the operational excellence, stability, and compliance of a group of systems and applications within a global IT environment. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day system operations, ensuring compliance with IT standards and coordinating activities across business and IT teams. You will combine IT Service Management practices with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud, databases, networking, and data platforms, while supporting system transitions, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
