Job Description Lift & Shuttle Truck Driver Lift & Shuttle Driver 3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES: 3.1 Transport goods and freight from one location to another using a truck or tractor-trailer. 3.2 Complete a pre/post trip inspection on tractor and trailer before and after each trip to ensure safety and functionality. 3.3 Inspect load to ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured 3.4 If load is not properly secured notify dispatch and if necessary use straps/load locks for securement 3.5 Review BOL for accuracy, maintain signed POD for submission to shipping coordinators as required 3.6 Contact maintenance team and Penske repair hotline when repairs/inspections/certifications are needed for tractor or trailer.…
