Job Description PURPOSE • The Foreperson is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned industrial production lines. • Must know blown film basics, troubleshooting, extruder drives, heaters and controls. • The Foreperson knows how the start- up and shutdown production lines. He is responsible for packer compliance with established safety, quality, quantity, housekeeping and disciplinary standards.
