Job Description Title: General Technician – Pre-make Ready Reports to: Pre-make Ready Lead Summary: To ensure the quality, integrity and serviceability of print cylinders. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS OVERVIEW: Following company policies and procedures ensure all cylinders received are recorded and visually inspected for damage during shipping. Cylinder location is recorded and cylinder is stored in racks in Pre-make Ready Area. According to company policies and procedures remove correct cylinders listed on set up sheets identifying and logging rack number. Following safety procedures, remove cylinder to work bench to inspect for serviceability. Follow procedures for moving correct cylinder to staging area prior to installation on press.…
