Job Description Responsibilities Complete required pre-shift stretching exercises unless exempted by a doctor's release. Work safely, follow all machine/equipment procedures, and report issues to a supervisor immediately. Monitor mold condition and efficiency; assist with mold repairs, troubleshooting, cleaning, inspections, maintenance, and readiness for production. Operate molding presses and assist with mold installation and removal. Test mold heaters, water, air, and electrical systems before molds leave the shop. Maintain accurate mold maintenance records and report damaged molds or supply needs. Assist with training new employees and support other departments as needed. Keep the Tool Room clean and complete required safety inspections.…
