Job Description Support and lead the daily activities of the Machine Maintenance Department by directing the repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of injection molding machines. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable machine performance. Responsibilities Serve as a front-line leader for the Machine Maintenance Department. Direct and perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on injection molding machines. Investigate equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve machine efficiency, performance, and scrap reduction. Stay informed on production priority changes and communicate updates to MM team members. Share necessary technical and departmental information with team personnel.…
