Job Description 1. Job Overview Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of injection molding equipment on a shift. This role serves as the technical expert on the maintenance team, providing hands-on support in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. The Lead Tech ensures that all equipment is maintained in optical condition to support continuous production and minimize downtime.
