Job Description 12 hour night schedule. 4 days on and 4 days off. 7p-7a Summary : The Production Lead is responsible for the operation of assigned production department in a profitable and efficient manner through proper utilization of assigned manpower, materials, equipment, and space. Also responsible for coordinating all activities within their scope of control and for setting priorities necessary to accomplish predetermined goals. Essential duties and Responsibilities : Directs hourly employees performing various production operations. Administers all rules, programs and procedures that pertain to direct reports. Responsible for on-the-job training of employees. Instructs new or reassigned employees in the safe and efficient operation of equipment.…
