Job Description Position Overview: Set up and operate Two-Step machines and related equipment safely and efficiently. These include injection molding and blow molding machines. Troubleshoot issues to maintain operation efficiency and quality. Record production data and communicate with coworkers to ensure smooth production flow and respond to schedule changes. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Safety and Quality Goals: Meet goals in safety, quality, production, performance, and cost. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules and guidelines use required Personal Protective Equipment Training: Complete computer-based training (CBTs) and behavioral safety observations (BSOs) by deadlines.
