Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The general scope of this position’s responsibility is to maintain line production, maximize output with minimal scrap. Produce quality film which passes all quality assurance testing. Train employees in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Housekeeping. Act as backup supervisor in the absence of the Shift Supervisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Follow all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance.
