Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader consist of, but are not limited to, the following : Exemplifies the Amcor Behaviors and Values at all times. Leads by example and exhibits professionalism in all areas when representing Amcor inside and outside of the plant. Work in a professional manner with other associates. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area. Inspect product to ensure quality; set aside product that is below quality standards. Work closely with Supervisor of any quality issues or reject conditions. Timely response to quality issues is key to this position. Coordinate and give breaks to Packer/Handlers.…
