Job Description The Offset Shift Lead provides leadership and specialized support to all Offset employees by coordinating the daily activities and development of employees. Job Dimensions Provide leadership in the Offset Department to establish the operational metrics that support achieving the financial results of the plant. Principal Accountabilities Ensure adequate department staffing to include hiring, directing employees, scheduling, coaching, mentoring and development of employees. Participate in internal system, process and product audits as well as supplier audits and assessment efforts.
