Job Description Reporting to the Pre-Press Manager, the Pre-Press Lead is responsible for directing the Mounters. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Pre-Press Manager regarding training, upgrades, and submitting input regarding evaluations and performance reviews. The Pre-Press Lead performs administrative duties as required and any other reports as needed. Must have knowledge of mounting and printing processes and techniques, and capable of troubleshooting problems. Constantly follows quality and production and makes the necessary decisions to maintain quality and to maximize production output rates efficiently. Works with management to coordinate routine maintenance during scheduled shutdowns and for routine repairs.…
