Job Description Job summary Responsible for finished goods evaluation, raw material specs, blown film testing, and product recordkeeping. Directs and leads department to ensure all customer QC specification are achieved, Standard Operating Procedures are followed, product tracing and recordkeeping is documented and retained. Investigates complaints and responds to related issues. Works with sales, manufacturing and customers to resolve issues and make final disposition of order/products. Summary of essential job functions Directs and leads local quality control effort to ensure compliance with customer specifications and applications.
