Job Description Job Description PURPOSE: The purpose of a Thermoforming Automation Maintenance Journeyman or Automation Maintenance Apprentice is to inspect and repair Automation equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Inspect and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical and mechanical systems on thermoforming automation equipment. 2. Perform preventive maintenance procedures as specified in the QSI system. 3. Complete work assigned by Group Leader or Asst. Group Leader. 4. Communicate activities with Group Leader and other members of department. 5. Maintain neat and orderly appearance of the shop and automation equipment. 6. Obtain parts in emergency cases. 7.
