About this role

Amer Sports is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (1PM-9PM Monday to Thursday, 11am- 7pm on Fridays) at our new warehouse in Cranbourne West. The role is responsible for leading PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment execution and outbound fulfilment activities. Your Role: Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targets. Coach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teams. Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demand. Monitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirements. Maintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.…
